Reservations must be made through Five Star Alliance under the “5 Star Signature Package." A $100 USD equivalent spa services credit is included, once per room, per stay (not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed in full. Excludes products). A Spa Sommelier Experience per guest is included, once per stay (when booking a spa treatment). Also included is a welcome amenity. Upgrade, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at time of check-in and departure.

The hotel is located on the left bank of the river Duero. 3km from the town of Sardón de Duero, in the province of Valladolid. Madrid is the nearest international airport and is under two hours.
Fine Dining On Site
The restaurant Refectorio, proud holder of a Michelin Star since 2014, works with local produce and suppliers for its gastronomic offering, which is at the forefront of creative contemporary cuisine. Vinoteca is a more laid-back and informal place to be. It is located upon La Cueva, the former silo or storeroom that is now home to the winery’s private collection. A wine bar and cloister garden are available seasonally.
