Set amidst 560 acres of tropical beachfront property, Nihi Sumba Island by Christopher Burch, formerly Nihiwatu Resort, is a luxury resort with a variety of activities including hiking, horseback riding, snorkeling, spearfishing, surfing, and yoga.

Offering 33 high-end villas, guests can select from several styles of accommodations including Wamoro with a lush jungle setting and private pool, Lamba with a wavefront setting and private garden, Mamole treehouses, and Haweri, the most private of the villas and home to the original owners, Claude and Petra Graves.

The resort's specially-designed dining options feature fresh product from the on-site garden as well as local fish caught daily. Ombak is a sandy-floored open-air restaurant that serves as a social hub with a restaurant and bar lounge, as well as a large deck cantilevered over the ocean. The beachfront Nio Beach Club & Pool has open-aired pavilions and the Kapten's Goa serving fresh lunches next to the state-of-the-art resort lap pool with epic sunset views.

The Boathouse Spa is perched above the crashing waves of the Indian Ocean with a range of treatments and services, including Nihi Signature massages.

Directions to Hotel
International guests will need to travel via Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar. There are regular flights with Garuda Indonesia although most of them depart in the morning, thus an overnight stay in Bali is often required for international travelers.
