The 19th century Chateau nestles in mature gardens in a four-hectare wooded park round which the river meanders. It allies traditional alsatian architecture: half-timbering, sand stone, flowered balconies, and terraces at the water's edge, with modern comforts. The hotel owes its prestige as much to its location as to the excellence of its standards. The 62 Rooms Are Decorated With Elegance In The Spirit Of The 18th And 19th Centuries. It has a well-being centre, Spa de l'Ile, featuring a swimming pool, sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi whilst offering relaxing massages and facial and body care. For lunch, the Chateau opens the doors of its 'Winstub' for tasty regional dishes and, for dinner, 'Asszimmer' will introduce you to the pleasures of French traditional cuisine.
