Location Summary
St Vincent & The Grenadines is located in the Caribbean Sea, 1600 miles southeast of Miami. Situated at 13 15' N and 60 56' W, we are between St. Lucia to the north and Grenada to the south and 100 miles west of Barbados.

Palm Island is an all-inclusive resort. At Palm Island, you'll enjoy an exciting array of complimentary water sports, including windsurfing, snorkeling, kayaking and sailing aboard Hobie-style catamarans. Instruction's included, so everyone from novice to expert can count on having fun.
Fine Dining On Site
Among the highlights of a stay on Palm Island are our gracious hospitality and the magnificent meals served at our two restaurants. You'll feel more than welcome at the elegant Royal Palm restaurant, where you can enjoy beautiful ocean views and sea breezes along with breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, choose from a medley of appealing selections designed to pique your appetite, including seasonal fruits, fresh-baked croissants, banana pancakes, Eggs Benedict, or a made-to-order omelet.
The extensive lunch menu includes everything from crisp, cool salads and tasty pizzas to fresh pastas and island-influenced specialties like Caribbean Jerk chicken. To enjoy a perfect picnic in paradise, for a surcharge, you can order up a festive lunch and enjoy it in romantic seclusion on one of our five beaches.
For your evening meal, romance is definitely on the menu. Dining is by lamplight, and the soundtrack includes the sea. Our a la carte menu offers an amalgam of the best international dishes, enhanced by fresh island ingredients and culinary styles. Among our favorites: home-made clam chowder, pan-seared fish and broiled medallions of pork.
You'll also enjoy getting to know your fellow guests at the weekly Manager's cocktail party and Caribbean buffets. Most evenings also bring live island music.
Set right on the sand, the Sunset Grill is also open for lunch and dinner, with an extensive menu and tables indoors and on the beach. You can't beat the location, or the company of visiting yachtsmen who flock here for an informal meal in good company.
To keep your strength up between meals, Palm Island offers a traditional daily afternoon tea, with finger sandwiches, cool and hot beverages, and tasty sweets.
Fitness Center
Palm Island is a great place to relax and unwind, but when you'd like to get your heart rate up, we've got just the place for you. Our air-conditioned Fitness Room provides a selection of exercise equipment including Cybex and Pro-Form cardio equipment, free weights and bench, yoga mats and other exercise accoutrements, as well as fluffy towels and chilled water.
Child Programs
To maintain a tranquil ambience, no children under 16 years are accepted January - mid-April.
Pool Outdoor
Chill out in the refreshing freshwater pool and its invigorating waterfall, or lounge on one of the lovely sun terraces.
Spa Facility
Palm Island is a small place, but we offer an extensive menu of body care and massages to pamper you, body and soul. Relax your muscles and your mind with a range of pampering options. Practitioners incorporate a variety of modalities, from Swedish and Shiatsu to Reflexology, with soothing essential oils and creams, including Tea Tree, Ylang Ylang and Peppermint. We also offer an array of refreshing facials to leave you looking and feeling your best.

Tennis anyone? Our tennis court is just the place for a rousing game with your companions and fellow guests. Racquets are available (remember, there's a carry-on limit on inter-island flights so you may want to leave yours at home).

Take a private dip on any one of our five beaches. They're all yours to explore and enjoy.

Game of golf? You may be on a private island, but you can still keep your short game in shape at our charming pitch & putt, island-style golf course.
Hiking
We hope you'll make the most of this private island experience by exploring our 135-acre hideaway, both on foot and by bike. You'll want to bring your camera - especially when you follow our scenic nature trails, where you'll enjoy the views of passing yachts, indigenous iguanas, exotic bird life and the stands of majestic palm trees that punctuate the island. On all three of Palm Island's nature trails - Cactus Hill, Iguana and Point Lookout - you'll enjoy sweeping views of the Grenadine archipelago, with Carriacou, Petit St. Vincent, Canouan and Mayreau all visible in the distance.
Scuba Diving
The waters off the Grenadines are among the finest dive locations in the world so it's natural that you'd want to check out the scene undersea. If you want to dive deeper than snorkeling allows, you can explore the briny deep with Grenadines Dive. Their NAUI and PADI-certified instructors offer a full range of classes and even certification as well as guided dives to many of the intriguing wrecks and reefs around these fascinating waters. Palm Island provides complimentary ferry service to their shop on nearby Union Island.

Nearly half of Palm Island's 42 accommodations are set on the beach; the rest are just a few steps away. Palm Island's two charming Villas provide the quintessential fantasy island hideaway. Each two-bedroom villa offers four timber decks with stellar water views and accommodates up to four adults. Each bedroom features in-suite marble bathrooms with spacious step-in showers and ocean views. A tiled dining terrace, an arbor patio and a private, infinity-edge swimming pool make this an idyllic home away from home.
