The Angleterre was one of the first hotels in St Petersburg. In the 1920s it was a favourite destination for artists and poets. From its charming location overlooking St Isaac's Cathedral, it is perfectly placed for discovering the history and romance of the city.

All Deluxe Rooms have views over St Isaac's Square and, naturally, a writing desk. Today's writers also enjoy a broadband connection together with all the modern conveniences and service one would expect from a luxury international hotel.

Directions to Hotel
The hotel is situated in St. Isaac's Square in the city centre. From the airport, take Pulkovskoe Shosse to the north onto Moskovsky Prospect; following to the north onto Moyka river embankment, turn to the left onto St Isaac's Square. The hotel is on your right.

From Moskovsky train station, go west on Nevskiy Prospect onto Malaya Morskaya Street, which brings you to St Isaac's Square. The hotel is on your left.
