Excellent hotel. Awesome vibe. Beautiful beach.

GoldenEye Hotel & Resort overlooks the Caribbean Sea in the quiet village of Oracabessa on Jamaica’s north coast. Named after one of Fleming’s World War II missions, Operation GoldenEye, this Island Outpost property is owned by Chris Blackwell, Jamaica-raised founder of Island Records. Originally, GoldenEye was the home of author, Ian Fleming, and the location where he penned all 14 James Bond novels.

Following a two-year expansion, GoldenEye now encompasses Fleming’s original villa, the original three villas plus nine new Beach Cottages, two new Lagoon Cottages and six new Lagoon Suites. The stunning 52-acre property is home to secret coves, breathtaking private beaches, tropical forests and a singular lagoon.

Location Summary
Located 20 minutes east of Ocho Rios on the coast in Oracabessa Bay, Jamaica. The hotel is a 90 minute drive from Montego Bay Airport, a 10 minute drive from Ian Fleming International Airport (perfect for private planes) and two-hours from the capital city of Kingston. Ground transportation, private plane and helicopter are also available upon request.
