The Cottages at the Boat Basin (also known as Wharf Cottages at the Boat Basin) are the most unique way to experience Nantucket. The view from The Cottages is a panorama of sun, sea and boats in Nantucket's busy harbor; all enjoyed from outdoor patios or decks where guests can host outdoor picnics or clambakes. For guests with four-legged friends, our pet-friendly Woof Cottages are sure to please.

The Cottages & Lofts consist of 24 Nantucket waterfront cottage rentals and 5 new lofts with one, two and three bedrooms; studio cottages and a studio loft are also available, including the new Crow's Nest overlooking the entire Boat Basin. Ideal for couples and families, these accommodations are just steps from Nantucket Town and the grocery store. Magnificently perched overlooking the Nantucket Harbor, The Cottages are located on Swain's Wharf and Old South Wharf, and the Lofts are on Straight Wharf. You'll find the lofts come complete with kitchens and luxurious amenities such as fine linens and flat screen TVs.

Directions to Hotel
We recommend using the high speed Hy-Line ferry for your travel to Nantucket. Our friendly staff will be awaiting your arrival on Straight Wharf where the Hy-Line docks. If you are staying at The Cottages we will transport you via our golf carts directly to check-in and then on to your Cottage. The Cottages are located just steps away on Old South Wharf and Swain's Wharf.
