The Bayerischer Hof was opened in 1841 - on the wishes of King Ludwig I, who wanted a comfortable place for his guests to stay. The Bayerischer Hof has been owned by the Volkhardt family for over a hundred years. Situated within the city centre of Munich, the hotel offers attractions and many museums nearby, like the Frauenkirche, the Viktualien market, the Opera, the Residenz and the Hofgarten.

Beside you will find exclusive shopping opportunities next to the hotel. The hotel disposes over 340 luxurious rooms including 60 suites which are individually and luxuriously decorated in different styles.
