Take R-3 and Calabarzon Expressway to Bauan - Batangas Provincial Rd/Diversion Road in Batangas. Merge onto Metro Manila Skyway Toll Road. Take the exit toward Calamba/SLEX Toll Road. Merge onto R-3 Partial Toll Road. Continue onto Calabarzon Expy Toll Road, then onto Bauan - Batangas Provincial Rd to your destination. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Bauan - Batangas Provincial Rd/Diversion Road. Turn slight right onto Bauan - Batangas Provincial Road. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Bauan - Batangas Provincial Rd/Palico - Balayan - Batangas Road. Continue straight onto Palico - Balayan - Batangas Rd/P. Burgos. Follow Palico - Balayan - Batangas Rd straight onto P. Burgos. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto M.H.Del Pilar. Continue onto Calumpang Bridge, and onto M. Pastor Avenue. Turn left, LuksLofts Hotel will be on the right side.
