The main residential compound, La Residencia de Doña Theresita, is a 24,000-square-foot facility which houses two grand suites at 1,300-square feet each, and an open terrace featuring an infinity edge pool with grand vistas of the deep forest. La Residencia also offers guests two standard 870-square-foot suites. Alternative overnight options to La Residencia are four standalone villas that range from 700-1,000 square feet, each with an open terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The resort's central lobby, Casa Club provides a communal living area and lounge with cocktails and space to convene the day's activities, as well as Don Alfredo's restaurant, a gift shop, and pool court with majestic Mombacho Volcano views. The hotel’s restaurant, Don Alfredo’s serves traditional Nicaraguan dishes with a modern twist.
