W Maldives

Amidst white sand beaches and turquoise lagoons, W Maldives is a luxury private island resort. Guests of the property can explore the island's private reef, relax on the beaches, or experience adrenaline-filled water sports.

The all-villa retreat offers 77 private escapes each with its own plunge pool and sundeck with a daybed and grill. Luxe villas have living rooms with glass bottom floors, 42-inch flat-screen TVs, and Bose sound systems, plus bedrooms with plush king-sized signature W beds.

For dining, there are six gourmet restaurants and lounge bars throughout the resort, including Fish, the signature restaurant set above the Indian Ocean specializing in seafood. Fire has a beachfront atmosphere where al fresco jungle meets beach barbeque, and the Kitchen Bistro offers at-home dining with a twist.

The overwater Away Spa provides customized massages and treatments to suit individual needs. Within each of the treatment rooms there's an outdoor veranda with a bathtub, rain shower, lounge bed, and unobstructed views of the reefs.

For recreation the resort has a variety of water sports including windsurfing lessons, waterskiing, wakeboarding, Cat Sailing, and Dream-Parasailing.
