RAAS Jodphur

Jodhpur's first boutique hotel, RAAS, comprises three new buildings in addition to the original four historic structures; a rare and charming complex that reflects in many ways the Walled City itself. The hotel features sensational vistas, different styles and angles integrating the old and the new, a central water body, and a square and garden. Almost every room in the hotel enjoys a spectacular view of Mehrangarh fortress.

RAAS features 39 rooms, seven of which are suites with separate sitting rooms, larger balconies and bathrooms. 35 rooms have views of the Mehrangarh Fort and the remaining 4 rooms have private gardens overlooking the historic, restored buildings. All rooms and suites have balconies. They are contemporary, understated and make the most of Jodhpur's pink sandstone, stunning black terrazzo and with splashes of 'Jodhpur blue'. Rooms are state of the art and modern comfort and sophistication.

All rooms come with modern attached bathrooms which have separate showers and cast iron bath tubs. Plenty of piping hot water is provided by central and solar water heating systems. Hot water bottles can be provided on particularly cold nights.

The three Heritage suites sit in the original eighteenth century Rajput residence, but still offer the ultimate in modern luxury, with a large bedroom, separate shower, and a cast-iron bath-tub. Each boasts a separate terrace, courtyard and completely private living area.

There are two restaurants offering continental and Indian cuisine. 'Jodhpur blue' Tuk Tuks are available for sightseeing. A heated swimming pool and a full service spa round out the offerings at this luxury boutique haven in Jodphur.
