Villa Kennedy, Frankfurt, a Rocco Forte Hotel will be permanently closed as of as of April 1, 2022 for a redevelopment of the property. It will no longer operate as a hotel. The hotel was purchased by CONREN Land in 2021.
Situated just off the south bank of the river, Villa Kennedy, a Rocco Forte Hotel, is located in Kennedyallee. Built around the existing Villa Speyer, which was constructed in 1901, the luxury hotel provides a unique retreat from the bustle of the financial metropolis.
The guest rooms and suites at the 163-hotel feature casual elegant decor, designed by Olga Polizzi and Martin Brudnizki. Featuring a neutral color palette, with armchairs, work desks, sofas, and dining tables. Bathrooms are sleek and modern with marble vanities, combination showers and bathtubs, and stylish metal accents. Accommodations have natural lighting, along with the latest technology.
The Gusto restaurant provides an authentic Italian dining experience, with upscale modern decor, Italian paintings, and a colonnaded design. The JFK Bar serves afternoon tea by day, along with cocktails in the evening.
Set on the fourth level, the Villa Spa offers a variety of services and treatments, along with eight treatment rooms, an outdoor courtyard garden, and an indoor pool. There's also a beauty salon, Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam room, relaxation suite, and a fitness studio with Technogym equipment.

Location Summary
Close to Frankfurt's residential neighborhood of Sachsenhausen, with bustling bars and restaurants. Furthermore Frankfurt's many museums are easily accessible. The Villa Kennedy is just a few minutes from Frankfurt's main train station and approximately 15 minutes from Frankfurt Airport.
Directions to Hotel
By Train: Exit the Frankfurt train station through the main entrance to the tram station. Take tram 21 direction “Schwanheim/Rheinlanstraße“ and leave at second stop “Stresemannallee/Gartenstraße“. Walk down the right hand side of the street to reach the intersection, and turn right. Walk 50 meters to Villa Kennedy. The journey should take about 36 minutes (without waiting time). By car: From south and south/east (Stuttgart, Munich). Follow highway A5 direction FRANKFURT/FLUGHAFEN. Leave A5 onto A3 direction FRANKFURT SÜD. Take the FRANKFURT SÜD exit and follow federal road B44/B43 direction Stadtzentrum. The street turns into Kennedyallee. Drive to junction Kennedyallee/Stresemannallee. Villa Kennedy will be on the left hand side. Turn left onto Stresemannallee and make a u-turn on the next occasion.
