The hotel is composed of 3 main patios, each decorated in an individual style (traditional Moroccan, Andalusian and Baroque), a garden, a panoramic terrace, a lounge bar and a gastronomic restaurant. All 26 rooms and suites are also individually decorated, some with private terraces and breathtaking views of the medina. Other facilities: traditional bath and massage room.

Riad Fes is the largest luxury boutique hotel in Fez and has recently become a member of Relais & Chateaux. The hotel comprises 3 old palaces that date back to the 18th century. It's been opened as a hotel since 2001. A Cinq Mondes spa will be opened within a year.

Directions to Hotel
Directions from Fes Sais Airport to Riad Fes: Take the Imouzzer road and follow the signs to the town center (Centre Ville). Take the Avenue Hassan II and continue on the Avenue Allal Fassi up to Place Batha. Turn right and go down the street Derb Sidi El-Khayat (approx. 300 m). When there, either follow the Riad Fès signs (the Riad is at 2 minutes walking distance) or call us and we will send somebody to meet you
