Featuring panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding national park, the 151 guest rooms and suites have private terraces, plush beds, flat-screen TVs, Nespresso machines, and climate control. Bathrooms have both bathtubs and separate showers, as well as luxury bath amenities.

Providing a "farm to table" and “sea to table” approach, there are four restaurants and bars within the resort, including the Cabrits Market specializing in Creole gastronomy. Pan Asian cuisine is served at Bonsai, Kweyol Beach Cafe has international dishes and cocktails with sea views, and the Rumfire Bar serves "Barmacy" medicinal mixtures of Dominican Rums.

The Spa at Kempinski Dominica is designed to provide guests with an experience to bring them closer to nature and create a connection to the island's ecosystem.
