Excellent hotel. Fantastic service.
Set on the Bellecôte piste, Aman Le Mélézin is ideally positioned to take advantage of the 600 kilometres of groomed pistes in Les Trois Vallées. The romantic retreat offers panoramic mountain views from nearly every room, a cozy library with a granite stone bar, chef-prepared cuisine with an emphasis on local ingredients, yoga sessions, and restorative spa treatments.
The luxurious, Alpine-inspired 31 guest rooms and suites feature Cedar-paneled ceilings and walls finished in light silk chenille, plus large windows with mountain or village views. Some suites offer private balconies with hot tubs.
For dining, the Restaurant serves contemporary French cuisine in an elegant setting with dark wood paneling, engravings and frescoes on the walls, warmed by candlelight. Tapas Corner offers drinks and snacks with French and Thai influences, and the Salon offers light snacks as well. There's also the granite stone bar with signature cocktails, and the Library for après-ski relaxation.
The Spa offers four treatment rooms and a variety of restorative treatments created to soothe after a day on the slopes. There are specialized foot and hand therapies, along with massages and facials. Private yoga sessions are offered, and there is a fitness center, hammam, heated indoor pool, and a Jacuzzi.
Winter activities include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and tobogganing down the two-kilometer run to Courchevel 1550 for après-ski fun, as well as shopping and dining in the village.
