Opened in September 2023, Raffles Boston is the brand’s first property in North America and a welcoming oasis of refined elegance in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts. Located at the corner of Stuart Street and Trinity Place, and within a short walk to other primary attractions such as the world-renowned shops and galleries of Newbury Street and Prudential Center, Fenway Park, the Museum of Fine Arts, and plethora of fine dining restaurants, Raffles Boston reinforces the Back Bay as a first-class international neighborhood. Showcasing 147 guestrooms in a striking new 35-story building featuring signature hotel services such as the Raffles Butler, and elegant and lively public spaces including a three-story sky lobby perched high above Copley Square, five distinct food and beverage venues, a state-of-the-art Guerlain Spa with a 20-meter indoor pool, a magnificent rooftop garden terrace lounge, and expansive meeting and pre-function space.

Guestrooms & Suites adopt a residential feel to evoke Back Bay's row houses. Curvy couches, glass cabinets, and marble tables make guests feel at home. Most marble bathrooms are outfitted with separate showers and full soaking tubs, and all come with Guerlain toiletries. John Lobb shoe care products – the first time the British shoemaker is making them available in the US, and plush bathrobes sit in the closet for every guest. The most luxurious amenity is that all rooms, no matter the category, have butler service, which starts before guests even check in.
