The intimate 10-acre estate located in the heart of the city, features Lutie's, a signature garden-style restaurant, English gardens, a chapel for private events and activities, 3,000-square-feet of outdoor event space and an oversized outdoor swimming pool. Guests are invited to engage in unique and immersive experiences, including interactive workshops and panel discussions, art exhibits with emerging artists, unforgettable intimate musical performances, partner chef’s dinners and more.

Lutie's Garden Restaurant - Known for her lavish Jazz Age social gatherings and soirées, estate matriarch Lutie Perry and her convivial spirit live on, refracted through the fresh, whimsical lens of powerhouse designer Ken Fulk.

Fitness Center
Open 24 hours a day, fitness options are available for all skill levels from private sessions, group classes or a self paced fitness session.

Pool Outdoor
Channel vintage Palm Springs and settle back on yellow chaise lounges and tables, set under classic striped umbrellas, and arranged around the Estate’s large, round swimming pool.
Boating
For those who prefer activity on the water, grab a picnic and spend the day on Lady Bird Lake. Canoe, paddle boat, or kayak in the heart of the city.
Dining
Lutie’s is open for dinner from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday. There is breakfast service in the Mansion, exclusive for members and Estate guests. Food and beverage offerings will be served from sunrise to sunset daily during the summer season.
Golfing
Bring your golf clubs and try out the 9-hole public Hancock Golf Course across the street. Founded in 1899 by Lewis Hancock, the golf course is one of the oldest golf courses in Texas.
