Note that the property across the street, formerly The Sky Hotel, is being razed and rebuilt to further enhance guest accommodations in Aspen. As is expected with any construction process, sound and dust will be present. Additionally, there is a 16-foot construction fence around the construction zone. Terms and Conditions
Reservations must be made through Five Star Alliance. A breakfast credit is provided for two daily at Element 47 restaurant only ($42.50 maximum credit, per person, per day.) A $100 food and beverage credit is provided once during stay (not valid for room service.) Upgrade, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at time of check-in and departure.

The Little Nell is Aspen's only ski-in/out hotel and is ideally located at the base of Aspen Mountain in the heart of downtown Aspen just steps from Aspen's world-famous art galleries, shopping, dining, and culture.
Directions to Hotel
Drive east on Highway 82 through the Aspen Roundabout towards Aspen via Main Street. Turn right at the first stoplight (Aspen Street) and drive approx 5 blocks to Durant Ave. Turn left on Durant Ave and The Little Nell is on your right hand side, approx four blocks ahead just past the Gondola Plaza.

The Little Nell is Aspen's only hotel with ski-in, ski-out access to Aspen Mountain. The dedicated Ski Concierge team provides assistance for all skiing needs. Service includes slope side service, boot warming, equipment storage, equipment repairs, equipment waxing, inter-mountain ski transfer to Buttermilk, Highlands, and Snowmass, morning beverages and snacks, lift ticket purchase, and ski instructions arrangements. Heli-skiing is also available.
