Situated within the mountain village of Cogne, Bellevue Hotel & Spa is a Relais & Chateaux retreat where nature, wellbeing, and a warm welcome mingle with charm and tradition. The property's 38 guest rooms and three chalets feature traditional alpine styling, with large rounded windows, elegant drapes, and wood or stone floors. Rooms have either four poster beds or balconies, and some of the accommodations have fireplaces and whirlpools, or private saunas.

Integrated within 17th century chalets, the 1,200 square meter (12,916 square foot) spa features two swimming pools, six saunas, two steam baths, great saline cave, and fitness center. The award-winning spa offers a range of wellness and relaxation treatments, many infused with the areas Gran Paradiso Springs waters and the alpine environment.

For dining, there are multiple options, including the Bellevue Restaurant offering fine dining overlooking the Gran Paradiso Peak and meadows of Sant’Orso. The Michelin-star Le Petit Restaurant has four tables, and serves traditional alpine and Mediterranean cuisine crafted with top quality ingredients. Bar à Fromage is deeply rooted in the mountain traditions of Valle d’Aosta, in particular Cogne, and Brasserie du Bon Bec serves fondue and other convivial dishes characteristic of the Western Alps. There's a wine cellar, cheese cellar, and a kitchen garden that supplies fresh herbs and produce for the property's restaurants. During the summer months, guests can visit La Maison à l’Alpage, where chefs prepare grilled meats and alpine meals in an open-air environment at the foot of Gran Paradiso Peak.
