APRIL 2021: The Reef by CuisinArt is CLOSED.
NOVEMBER 2021: The property will reopen as a single resort - Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club, encompassing both The Reef by CuisinArt and The CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa. The resort's public spaces, guest rooms and suites have been redesigned. And the debut also includes the opening of the Aurora International Golf Club, with a remastered, 18-hole Greg Norman course and a new, nine-hole course for families. Culinary offerings will be overseen by Abram Bissell, a former executive chef at the Modern restaurant adjacent to the Museum of Modern Art and the NoMad and Eleven Madison Park hotels, all in New York.
