Since establishing itself in 1896 as an independent luxury hotel, De L’Europe has evolved from an exclusive hotel in the heart of Amsterdam into a guardian of local culture and craftsmanship. Newly renovated in 2022, the hotel now features 2 different wings. The Het Rondeel, and ‘t Huys. There are a total 107 rooms, with the ‘t Huys wing featuring 14 signature suites – all individually designed by Amsterdam icons. The hotel's guest rooms and suites combine elegant furnishings with contemporary amenities, including iPod docking stations, flat-screen TVs, Nespresso coffee makers, and Bose sound systems. There are replicas of famous Dutch works of art, Coco-Mat beds with pillow options, and built-in electrical converters. Plush carrara marble bathrooms have heated floors and large soaking tubs with built-in TVs in mirrors.

Led by chef Bas van Kranen, Flore takes its guests on a culinary adventure, bringing their awareness back to the small, local biological farms and sustainable fishmongers that supply its dishes’ ingredients. It is because of this passion for sustainability that Michelin also awarded them a Green Star. The restaurant’s mission is simple: to indulge guests with allthe best produce the Dutch soil and seasons have to offer.

Le Spa by Skins Institute is accredited as a Leading Spa of the World, offering a range of bespoke treatments combining organic ingredients with techniques of expert therapists. There are four treatment rooms, beauty salon, relaxation patio, infrared sauna, traditional Finish sauna, and a Turkish steambath.
