The Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria occupies a spectacular cliff top position, some 50 metres above the sea, with views across the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. It is situated in the heart of Sorrento with its entrance off the main piazza, yet is undisturbed by the activity of the town centre, due to the surrounding five-acre garden with orange and lemon groves.
