Next to the Formosa Natural Park, Hotel Quinta do Lago is a luxury resort along the Algarve Coast. Situated in southern Portugal, the hotel has a privileged location with pedestrian access to the beach, views of the estuary and sea, nature trails, and a variety of golf courses nearby.

The 141 spacious guest rooms and suites have views of the sea, gardens, or golf courses, as well as flat-screen TVs, minibars, and safes. Bathrooms have marble tiles, warm towel racks, illuminated maquillage mirrors, and bathtubs or walk-in showers.

For dining, Brisa do Mar specializes in chef-created Portuguese specialties and international dishes. Ca’ d’Oro features a romantic setting with Italian cuisine for dinner during the winter months. The Laguna Bar is a piano bar overlooking the Estuary with an elegant setting for cocktails, and the Pool Bar is open during the summer for drinks and snacks.

There is a variety of recreational options available on-site, including an indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, and exclusive beach area for hotel guests at the Quinta do Lago beach, and walking trails. In addition, the spa has four treatment rooms, and an array of massages and body treatments designed for wellbeing. Within the spa there’s a gymnasium, indoor heated pool with counter currents and massage jets, Turkish bath, and sauna.

Inside, the Suite offers true sophistication with a welcoming foyer, a living room, a dining room, a kitchenette, a bathroom for guests adjoining the social areas, and two comfortable bedrooms with private marble bathrooms. The master bedroom indulges guests with its large whirlpool bathtub, shower and walk-in closet. To entertain guests the suite possesses a 42” LCD with a surround sound system in the living room and a 50” LCD in the bedroom, both with DVD players; a stereo system, mini-bar, and wireless internet connection.
