AMA Waterways Taste of Bordeaux River Cruise Itinerary

This cruise begins and ends in Bordeaux, France. 

Day 1 - Board the cruise in Bordeaux.

Day 2 - Bordeaux and Libourne - Enjoy a scenic morning river cruise from Bordeaux to Libourne, where you can partake in Saint-Emilion excursion with a Grand Cru Classe wine tasting, Saint-Emilion bike tour and wine tasting, or a visit to Chateau de Vayres.

Day 3 - Libourne and Blaye - The day begins in Libourne with the option to visit either a French country market, Fronsac Wine Tasting, or Vineyard hike. Then enjoy a free evening of leisure in the town of Blaye. 

Day 4 - Blaye and Bourge - The Starts with either a Citadel Visit, Blaye Bike Tour, or a Blaye to Bourge Bike Tour. Later in the day explore Bourg on a walking tour, visit the Carriage Museum, and partake in an exclusive wine festival. 

Day 5 - Pauillac - Today features a Medoc Grand Cru Classe wine tasting and scenic vineyard tour. 

Day 6 - Cadillac and Bordeaux - Start the day with a tour of Roquetaillade Castle with Sauternes wine tasting in Cadillac, and end the day with an Illuminations cruise in Bordeaux. 

Day 7 - Bordeaux - Explore the iconic city by choosing either a UNESCO City Tour and Wine Museum visit or a Bordeaux bike tour. 

Day 8 - Bordeaux - Embark the ship.
