It is only 10 minutes away from the Malvarrosa beach and the historic quarter by bus No. 19, which stops right at the doorstep, 10 minutes away from the Albufera Natural Park, and 20 minutes from Valencia's Trade Fair facilities, the Convention Centre and the airport. It is perfectly located so that it may be easily accessed from the roads leading into the city and also for visiting all tourist attractions and professional venues.
