Excellent wellness hotel. Great location.
The Meliá Genova (formerly the The Bentley Hotel Genoa) is a five-star hotel in Genoa, located in the residential district of Carignano in what used to be the headquarters of Genoa, Italy’s biggest iron and steel manufacturer.
Classic and imposing on the outside, modern, luxurious and elegant in its furnishings, the Meliá Genova is the ideal venue for business and equally leisure travelers on holiday.
The building was designed by Genoese architect Giuseppe Crosa di Vergagni in 1929 and has now been brought back to life by a complete makeover, welcoming guests in the exclusive Carignano district just steps away from the city’s business and financial centre, the Teatro Carlo Felice and the Genoa Aquarium.
For art enthusiasts, the hall and the restaurant feature two installations created ad hoc by Silvio Wolf, the internationally renowned Milanese artist. The rooms display works by three other famous Italian photographers, Mario Cresci, Leonardo Genovese and Francesco Radino.
