Due to the historical importance of the building, you won't find modern conveniences such as a Lift or Air Conditioning that can put in danger the delicate structure. However each room is equipped with modern treats: from a large flat TV screen, to dock stations for charging your phones, or even our very own Nira Caledonia app that gives you the latest local news or lets you communicate with our concierge wherever you are.
