By: Five Star Alliance

Hotel Due Torri
Hotel Due Torri

has been known as Dell'Aquila Palace since the 14th century and was formerly owned by the prestigious Scaligeri family. In another life, the building was a residence for cardinals, bishops and famous noble Roman families. It also was home to the renowned Campana's Inn. The Hotel Due Torri is close to the Arena, the Roman amphitheatre renowned for opera, and the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet-a meeting point for lovers of culture, arts, music, and delicious food.

The classic and elegant style of the hotel is mirrored in the antique surrounding palaces: for example Palazzo Altemps, that dates back to the XVI century and now houses the Museo Nazionale Romano, or the Museo Napoleonico, rich of friezes and recently restored. The Hotel Due Torri has 26 rooms, designed with refined and plain style, in harmony with the Renaissance elegance of the palace. The cozy accommodations are decorated with Italian cloths in warm and restful colors. Guests can choose among single rooms, double rooms and 4 little apartments.
