Woodlands Resort and Inn is located on 42 acres of woods and pristine pines, one mile from the lovely village of Summerville, Flowertown in the Pines. Thirty minutes from Charleston and the coastline, Woodlands was known as a summer retreat for wealthy planters seeking escape from the heat and fever of the coastal plantations in the 1700s. Summerville's tall pines catch the ocean breezes and contribute to Summerville's image of good health and peaceful well-being.

Take I-526 East To I-26 West Towards Columbia. Take Exit 199-a For Summerville. Follow Highway 17-a South For 2 Miles- Cross A Set Of Railroad Tracks- Turn Right Onto Highway 165 West Richardson Avenue After 1.2 Miles- Turn Left Onto Parsons Road. Woodlands Entrance Is 200 Yards Down On The Left.
