You're invited... to partake in the festive yuletide cheer at the “Grande Dame of the French Quarter" in New Orleans. The Hotel Monteleone, a landmark since 1886 and the largest full-service hotel in the area, gets serious props for decking the halls in such a big way every year. The hotel will start hosting local school choirs in its lobby for 30-minute performances every weekday starting Monday, November 28 through Friday, December 16. Free and open to the general public, the concerts feature everyone's favorite holiday songs. Here's the schedule:
