Five Star Alliance Client Reviews - Trump International Hotel Tower
Susan T., Walgrave, United Kingdom. January, 2007
"Fabulous room, overlooking Central Park. We watched the sun rise over the Park from our room, which was awesome. Lots of little touches at no charge for us - laptop, water etc, which we had spent quite a lot on at other hotels during our stay."
Craig W., New Rochelle, NY. January, 2007
"The Hotel location was great ... I was running my first marathon, and wanted to make sure I stayed close to the finish line. I did have a few issues with the service, at the end of the marathon I went back to the hotel only to find that the lock had been changed on my door. I then went back downstairs numerous times and was given keys that did not fit the lock. On the third try they told me they did not have the key, and called security to have the door opened. It was frustrating to say the least, since in the 30 minutes it took for me to enter the room, my body started cramping from the race."
Robert P., Pacific Palisades, CA . January, 2007
"We had a nice executive suite, albeit smaller than I expected, but nicely appointed and an extremely comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. The room was well insulated and quiet with a nice city view of the Time Warner center and the service was very good although we did not try the restaurant/room service. It was a bit small for 3 of us (our son was with us) but for two people, it was fine. My only complaint is that they would not let us into the room a minute before 4pm and there were many people waiting in the small lobby for the same reason. I believe 4pm is a later check in time than most hotels and it was inconvenient."

"We stayed 2 weeks in the junior suites. The room was enough size and very comfortable. the view from the room was wonderful. the room cleaning was o.k. After 3 days stay, the room cleaning was getting rough. We told them not to put the pillows on the bed but they always forgot the request. The hotel location was perfect. There were not enough porters at the hotel. Sometimes I had to find the taxi by myself. The people at the front desk were not friendly. They don't smile and say hello. It was not pleasant atmosphere in the lobby. The lobby is very tiny. It is better to check the bill when you leave. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. The food was one of the best. I recommend this hotel for future guests."

"Staff were totally attentive and helpful even to tourists. What was best: room and view."
Sue B., Essex, United Kingdom. August, 2006
"Fantastic! It was our honeymoon and they made it special. The room was perfect as was the hotel, but our view over central park was definitely the highlight."
Alan, California. February, 2006
"A very well appointed Hotel, with excellent staff, a great Front Desk and very good service. The Hotel location was excellent between Broadway and Central Park. The staff were both courteous and very good at their job. The rooms and facilities first rate. The Hotel Restaurant served exceptionally good food. "
Dorian, Stockbridge, MA. January, 2006
"The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed & it was nice to have a hairdryer that wasn't attached to the wall. I would have preferred that the parking fee were included on my bill, rather than billed separately. In addition, it would have been nice if the bar opened earlier or if there were a more pleasant place to sit while waiting for check in, other than the TINY lobby. Convenience, view & spacious room."

"We could not have been more pleased with the overall value and also the service from the concierge staff. The fitness and spa facilities are smallish but adequate, pool is a nice bonus and food is exceptional. Trump is now my favorite NYC hotel. It provided the best value when considering room/suite, service, location and food of any hotel, of a dozen or so, that I have stayed at in NYC. "
Todd, Cooperstown, NY. January, 2006
"10 out of 10 - the best hotel in NYC. Location and view are exceptional - that goes without saying - but the best part of our stay was the way my family (2 adults and 3 children) was treated - again exceptional - the staff went out of their way to satisfy. The suites are roomy and warm, a great place to come 'home' to when you stay in NYC. "
