From 12 noon to 3 pm, mouth-watering delicacies are prepared for the most discriminating gourmand. Includes grilled vegetable and salad station; a raw bar including Wellfleet oysters and Jumbo Shrimp; bagels, salmon and other smoked fishes; selection of cheese, pates and terrines; carved meat of the day; three hot dishes (fish, meat or poultry); bacon, sausage, ham; made-to-order omelettes; waffles; at least 10 unique desserts.
