T. Cook’s at The Royal Palms Resort, Phoenix Offers Outdoor Dining Year Round

February 9, 2009| By:Mackenzie Allison

Royal Palms ResortIf the weather is nice, why spend time indoors? The AAA Four-Diamond Royal Palm Resort & Spa in Arizona seems to share the same sentiment and is now offering year-round outdoor dining at their restaurant, T. Cook's. This Southwestern gem has two patios-- one with picture-perfect vistas of the Vernadero Lawn to the south, and the northern patio gazes out on Camelback Mountain. Even warm-weather states have chilly moments, and T. Cook's has it covered with a heated floor for chillier months. The eatery also boasts ceiling fans, a misting system and awnings to protect from Arizona's notorious "dry heat." I can't wait to check out the fireplace, which is said to fill the air with the fragrance of mesquite and pinon.
