"My husband and I own a hotel in Kenya and understand the value of feedback, so here are our constructive comments: The location and decor of the hotel are all excellent. We were in room 73 at Little Dix and though we loved the room, there were some maintenance issues that should be addressed. The water flowing into our tub and sinks was very dirty - it was yellow-brown in color and was so dirty that it was opaque. We bathed in this anyway the first night. Maintenance came and corrected the problem the following day. Two sets of windows and the slats on the back door could not be opened - the mechanisms used to open and adjust them were broken. this made temperature control in the room difficult for us. The shower tap was loose when we arrived and fell off on day two. This was fixed by maintenance staff on the same day. The food in the restaurant was excellent, particularly the buffet. Service was very prompt and friendly by all members of staff. The only other problem was in the health club - the air conditioning system was not working properly and did not cool the gym. This was a problem throughout our visit there and made it too unpleasant to use the facility. We like to work out, so that was a big disappointment. I hope these comments are useful to you."

The Children's Program at Little Dix Bay reflects the same thoughtfulness and focus on environmental appreciation that was espoused by Laurance Rockefeller in the early days of the resort. Set amongst the shade of the Mahogany preserve is the Children's Grove, where pirate tales, calypso music, and tropical arts and crafts are but a few of the creative and indigenous activities that will delight children of all ages. Led by an experienced, fun-loving and caring staff, children participate in nature walks, shell collecting, treasure hunts and other recreations.
