"Having stayed at many Four Seasons and knowing Toronto is the headquarters for the company I had high expectations. However, I found the room (s) were plain and uninspiring. The design dated and boring. I expect more from the Four Seasons having stayed in Egypt, Jordan and other properties in far away places. I thought it would have more of the ambience - like that of the hotel in Austin, Texas a more inspired design... Service however was fine but the lounge area should be a bit bigger - as it was very, very crowded when we returned to the hotel for a night cap before turning in. Overall experience in Toronto was a disappointment."
