With magnificent views of the Gateway Arch and the Mississippi River from its location on the eighth floor, Cielo offers indoor and - during clement weather - al fresco dining. The menu highlights fine contemporary Italian fare, accompanied by exceptional Italian wines. A children's menu is also available. Seats 80 indoors and 40 outdoors.
