"Our hotel was exceptional. The hotel is rated a four star or five star on most other sites and publications. Clearly, the service and the number of workers makes it a six. We loved our rooms, the grounds, the pool. Everything was in pristine. We had a marvelous time and the kids are now asking when they can back to another Ritz.
