Lucia features an extensive dinner selection of Asian fusion dishes, delectable desserts and refreshing drinks and an incredible view to the exotic mangrove jungle, separated by only a glass wall. Signature dishes include fresh lobster cobb salad served with a lemon terragon vinegrette and tropical fruit, blackened salmon filet served over wakami topped with a Mediterranean basil sauce and beef tenderloin served with fondant potatoes, topped with melted Gorgonzola.
