Built in two restored barns dating from 1860's, the restaurant's rustic decor, candlelit white linen tables, and beautiful views from its floor to ceiling picture window create the perfect stage for a romantic retreat or special celebration. Recently named by readers of Gourmet Magazine to its Rooms At The Top List of acclaimed hotels, inns and resorts, The White Barn Inn continually strives to surpass guests' needs and offer world-class service. In keeping with this philosophy, numerous amenities await guests throughout our 25 rooms and beautifully landscaped grounds. Every White Barn Inn guest room (and charming waterfront cottage) is appointed with fresh flowers and fruit, plush terry cloth robes, CD system, voice mail and Molton Brown toiletries. Small portable book lights compliment evening turndown service. Additional services available for our guests include morning through evening valet service, same day laundry service and room service at breakfast. The Loft Suite is the newest addition to The White Barn Inn's guest room accommodations. Located adjacent to the main house, with it's own private entrance, the Loft is a spacious and luxuriously appointed suite featuring a king size bed, fireplace and oversized marble bath with separate steam shower and whirlpool. A private deck overlooks the inn's grounds. Mays Cottage, the Inn's most spacious and exclusive accommodations, features a king-size bed, separate living room with a double-sided fireplace and marble bathroom which includes a two-person whirlpool bath and separate steam shower. For those seeking the conveniences of the technology age, the cottage is also equipped with a television, VCR and CD system. The White Barn Inn's outdoor heated swimming pool is available for all guests in season. Pool side massage therapy and spa treatments are offered in private cabanas and can be scheduled through the innkeeper. Touring bicycles and canoes are complimentary to all guests in season.
