Five Star Alliance Client Reviews - Halekulani
Christina W., Kula, USA. August, 2008
"I stayed on the fifth floor where I had a balcony and a partial view of the ocean that included a crater. Very nice view. There were plenty of down pillows and I slept well there. The food was very good. The room was very clean, thank you. Also enjoyed the jazz musicians playing."
Elisabeth R., . December, 2006
"In some ways my room was far away from the action (a garden courtyard room) which was both good and bad. The flat screen tvs are very nice, but my internet was going in and out and I couldn’t get it to work so I gave up … Still a great trip."
Sharon C., Wailea, HI. December, 2006
"The grounds and view from our room were beautiful. However, we found the room itself to be pretty average in furnishings and it was small. I would have expected to have a couple of wine glasses in the room, but we had to request those. Also, there was a huge road construction project right in front of the hotel - would have been nice if the hotel or valets had warned us of that when we picked up our car. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I'd go somewhere else next time."
Guest, United Kingdom. December, 2006
"The pool is spectacular (the orchid outline is very pretty) and just lounging around at the beach, pool, and public spaces was a lot of fun. I would give the resort a B+!"
June, Blaine, WA. February, 2006
"We had a lovely time at the Halekulani. It was wonderful to be treated so well. A wonderful experience. Very sad from the standpoint of the huge amount of building in Waikiki. It will probably be our last time there. But fortunately we didn't have to look at it directly ... though it was obvious from our deck. Your web site works so well I didn't have to ever talk to an agent. The service was outstanding."
