"This is a rare experience of the ultimate 'service overkill' that anyone could experience. Our room was perfectly appointed with upscale furnishings that make it's guests truly feel special. The staff and their attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. This was not our first trip to the American Club in Koehler, WI so we knew it would be an experience to remember. The grounds were picture perfect, since it was the holiday season. The food and it's presentation was a gourmet delight with the dining rooms having the perfect ambiance. We would highly recommend this hotel. "
