"Everything was first class. What more needs to be said? There was only one hitch, and that was probably excusable. We requested the car from valet service five minutes before leaving the room and we had to wait another 20 to 25 minutes once we were curbside. The reason, I mentioned it was probably excusable, is that a wedding party was arriving at the same time and we walked out just as the bride's car was driving up. Still, no one came to tell us there was a delay, nor did they excuse themselves for the poor service. On another note, we would also highly recommend the spa at the Ritz Carlton. My wife left there with a huge smile and feeling better than she had in weeks. It was a great weekend getaway."
