The Blue Door restaurant, under the direction of restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow and renowned chef Claude Troisgros, provides refined modern French cuisine with Brazilian and global influences. The Brasserie, with its hand-etched mirrored bar, soaring mirrored screen, and comfortable living room style furniture, is the perfect spot for a more casual, relaxed meal. The Blue Door Terrace is the ideal place to dine alfresco - during the day while enjoying the warm ocean breeze, or at night under the brilliant stars. The ultimate eat-in kitchen, Blue Sea is one of Miami's most popular sushi restaurant featuring an extensive and innovative selection of fresh seafood, caviar and sushi in the evening. Located in an alcove off the main Lobby, Blue Sea is the obvious choice for a casual meal served in a cozy setting. The Rose Bar is a glamorous and sophisticated space with upholstered rose-colored walls, and custom Venetian chandeliers. It is the perfect spot for a drink and quiet conversation, and the ideal perch for lobby people-watching. Cocktail service is offered in a relaxed setting, from the Lobby Lounge to the outdoor terrace. A light food menu is also available.

Conceived as an indoor room moved outdoors, the Orchard is a lushly landscaped lawn filled with whimsical, Starck-designed "vignettes" - including an antique daybed and oversized chessboard - that lend it the feeling of a surreally beautiful stage set and make it the ultimate place for hanging out, daydreaming, and enjoying the warm Miami sun.
