Five Star Alliance Client Reviews - The Grove
Paul H., Oshawa, ON. December, 2006
"Rooms great, location very good, service superb, restaurants top notch - would highly recommend this hotel."
Gilly S., London, United Kingdom. September, 2006
"We were at the Grove to attend a wedding at the hotel. Our room was wonderful with a fabulous view, terrific bathroom and masses of cupboard space. The service was good with one exception - it took over half an hour to get a needle and thread which we needed urgently! The hotel itself is irresistible and we intend to return!"
Chris A., London, United Kingdom. September, 2006
"Room allocated on arrival was a joke, small, pokey and miles from reception. It was stated the room looked over the walled garden but neglected to say that was the car park, hmmm bit of creative license there me thinks! if you're paying top dollar for a room you expect better. To be fair to the hotel they then moved me to a much nicer room but it was being given a dreadful room when the hotel wasn't full that was all wrong. Thought the buffet dinner left a lot to be desired, overall bar the actual bed that was very comfortable it wasn't great."
Simon, London, United Kingdom. August, 2006
"The hotel is in a very relaxed and picturesque environment. The service was great, the rooms were brilliant and you had enough space to enjoy your own company. It was a bit expensive though."
