The Connaught — London, United Kingdom
The Connaught
London, United Kingdom
** The Connaught will return as an iconic hotel on 14th December 2007. To ensure its legendary service standards are seamlessly experienced by our loyal and discerning guests from early 2008, there will be a short period of fine tuning during which there will be limited access. We are currently taking reservations from 25th January onwards. ** Popular with film stars and the international traveler, The Connaught is as famous for its winding majestic mahogany staircase as it is for its impeccable service. The array of exquisite antique furniture and artifacts add to the quiet and discreet charm of the hotel. The Connaught is situated in the heart of Mayfair, a charming area of antique shops, churches and a delightful public garden. The Connaught has the advantage of being located within six minutes walk of Bond Street and the great West End stores, as well as being within easy reach of theaters, museums and parks. As one of the world's most distinguished addresses, The Connaught is often described as a country manor in the heart of London. Indeed, many regulars view it as a true home-away-from-home, with the highest standards of comfort and service. It now boasts a Fitness Studio, The Connaught Bar and the breathtaking Red Room, from designer Nina Campbell. The stunningly-restored Restaurant and Grill are managed by super-chef Gordon Ramsay and his protegee Angela Hartnett, and boast one Michelin star.
