"Everything was as it should always be or better. We were greeted on a 42 degrees C day by staff bearing cool towels and glasses of cold juice. Reception, bell staff, restaurant staff, everybody was responsive, eager, smiling and helpful. The rooms were lovely, including a totally unexpected fruit basket. I can't say much about the location or view; we were tired and stayed in town less than 24 hours. But I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, for business or pleasure travel!"
