"The room that was offered to us faced the lovely Piazza de la Republicca, Florence. However, despite having a guest relations officer and a number of glowing, attentive front desk staff, no one warned us about the blaring sounds that come from a piazza nightclub that went on very LOUDLY every night from 9pm to 1.30am. Two nights we stuck it out as we did not want the hassle of changing rooms. But after a tiring day out our third night was unbearable. We asked our room to be changed late at night, which they obliged quickly. Please check up on your clients the morning after the first night, when troubles like these actually come to view. Otherwise, lovely hotel and great staff."
