"The hotel was excellent in all respects. Check in was fast and effective. Our Deluxe Bungalow room was wonderful in terms of size, comfort and cleanliness. The restaurant was very accommodating in serving us a late lunch upon our arrival. And you really can't get any closer to Chichen Itza: a short and pleasant stroll from the hotel grounds. And I love that view of El Caracol from the hotel lobby. I highly recommend this hotel."
