"Our accommodations were fantastic. The hotel was recently renovated so, everything was new. The plasma TV was a total surprise. The room was small but perfect for us. There was not much of a view from our room. But, that made no difference since we were on the go the entire trip. The Conrad in Chicago is adjacent to an indoor mall which is very convenient. All of the staff were extremely professional and helpful. We were so impressed and could tell that service is a top priority. Great service makes a huge difference, and I am willing to pay more for it. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel, and the extremely helpful concierge. From Midway Airport - Cicero Avenue northbound to I-55 North (Stevenson Expressway). Take I-55 to I-90 / 94 West. Follow I-90 / 94 to the Ohio Street exit (50B).
